Question: How to log in to the Customer Portal to schedule an appointment?
Answer:
  1. Navigate to my.petrosoftinc.com
  2. Click Sign In.
  3. Continue to sign in with Petrosoft Account.
  4. Enter your C-Store Office authentication email address and password.
  5. Click Submit.
To begin using the Customer Portal:
  1. Log in to the Customer Portal as described above.
  2. Once in the Portal, feel free to check out the tabs along the top right-hand corner of the screen and configure some of the settings in your location.
    1. My Company allows you to add employees.
    2. Service is where you will schedule the installation of your hardware by clicking on Service > New Service Request.
  3. Complete the 4 fields available, selecting Installation, and (YOUR REQUIRED SERVICE), select your Account Name, and the Business Unit (location) name.
  4. Select the date and time you would like to have the hardware installed, as well as the Engineer, then click Save.
  5. Repeat steps 3-5 to schedule any additional products and uploads you may need, including Handhelds, Data Processing Services (DPS/ Full Service), Price Book Uploads, etc.
Once you have your appointments scheduled, the Engineers will call you at the designated date and time to complete the service appointment.
In advance of your appointment, please login to your new C-Store Office account and click on WORKFLOWS > Getting Started with C-Store Office.
Follow the steps one-by-one from 1-5 to ensure a complete and successful Implementation.
Using the Getting Started with C-Store Office workflow is especially helpful for existing accounts that are adding new locations, as well as brand new customers who are looking to have their account and stations maximized before going live with C-Store Office.
