Question: Why are inactive items displayed in inventory reports and forms?
Answer: Once an item becomes inactive, it is displayed in the inventory reports and invoice creation forms as long as it has item movement from an inventory period to the next one.
Inactive items are not displayed in the inventory reports and invoice creation forms under the following conditions:
- Inactive item quantity is equal to 0.
- Inactive item has no item movement until next inventory period.
