Problem: The Shift Number is not available in the Price Change ticket.
Solution: Make sure the shift is accepted for the selected date.
 
In case the shift number is not available in the Shift field of the Price Change Ticket form, make sure there are shifts in the system that are accepted for the date selected in the Ticket Date field.
 
To check accepted shifts for a certain period, use the Shift Reports Acceptance Log report.
 
If there are no accepted shifts for the date you need in the Shift Reports Acceptance Log report, you may add missing shift manually.
