How to change the name of an account or business unit.

KB02682. Steps on how a customer can edit their account or location name in Customer Portal

Problem : Customer wants to change the name of their account or location in C-Store Office

  • Step 1: Navigate to Customer Portal
  • Step 2: Select My Company > Accounts/ Business Units from the top row of options
  • Step 3: Choose the destination to be edited
  • Step 4: Click EDIT at the bottom of the page
  • Step 5: Change any data desired
  • Step 6: Click SAVE
  • Step 7: Confirm Business Unit/ Account name is changed in C-Store Office.
