Problem: Customer wants to change the name of their account or location in CStoreOffice®.

Solution:

Step 1: Navigate to Customer Portal - https://my.petrosoftinc.com > login, or - www.cstoreoffice.com > login > access Customer Portal from the Product Switcher.

Step 2: Select My Company > Accounts/ Business Units from the top row of options.

Step 3: Choose the destination to be edited.

Step 4: Click EDIT at the bottom of the page.

Step 5: Change any data desired.

Step 6: Click SAVE - Step 7: Confirm Business Unit/ Account name is changed in CStoreOffice®.
