Solution

If an unknown fuel product is on a shift report, this means that one or more fuel products for the site are mapped incorrectly or not mapped at all.

  1. Follow fuel mapping instructions for the register type you are working with.

For example, if working with a Commander cash register, log in to the Config Client to retrieve the proper fuel grade IDs.

  1. Use the proper fuel grade IDs and match them properly in the UST System section in C-Store Office.
    1. From the C-Store Office home page go to Data Entry > Dashboard.
    2. Under Station Options click UST System.
    3. Select the CR Mapping tab.
    4. Enter the data and Save the changes.
  2. Reprocess the shifts affected by the issue.
