Question: How to check the Pricing Opportunities report from the Altria/Insights portal?
Answer:
- Go to https://www.insightsc3m.com/.
- Log in using the following credentials: ID and Pass.
- Click My Reporting Center.
- Click Pricing Opportunities.
- Choose the current month, pricing company (PM USA for cigarettes, USSTC for tobacco and chew), and Export as... to run report as an Excel document.
- Either save or open it.
In the file incorrect retails will be highlighted in red. This report is updated every Monday. The best recommendation is to pull this report on Tuesday mornings and have the retails corrected in C-Store Office as soon as possible.
