Problem: SmartPOS is jumping from screen to screen.
Solution:
This applies to Version 2.0 or higher. Sometimes the SmartPOS screen may jump around (or even take the customer to the login screen). The issue is caused by an incorrect sensitivity setting.
The setting can be adjusted to the customer's preference, however, if it is set too high, it can duplicate the behavior listed previously and must be lowered.
  1. Go to the General Settings screen.
  2. Tap System Settings.
  3. Lower the swipe sensitivity to the appropriate amount.
