Problem: Shifts have incorrect times and dates
Possible reason: The cash register may have sent bad date and time information.
Solution: Edit the date and time so that it matches the actual time the shift took place.
- Go to the Shift Reports page. Click on the shift with the problem.
- Under the Current Shift section, click Edit Dates.
Note: The Edit Dates button is available only for the users with the system role. - Change the dates and times to the correct dates and times.
- Click Save.
- Accept the shifts.
