Problem: Shifts have incorrect times and dates
 
Possible reason: The cash register may have sent bad date and time information.
 
Solution: Edit the date and time so that it matches the actual time the shift took place.
  1. Go to the Shift Reports page. Click on the shift with the problem.
  2. Under the Current Shift section, click Edit Dates.
    Note: The Edit Dates button is available only for the users with the system role.
  3. Change the dates and times to the correct dates and times.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Accept the shifts.
