Question: How is on-hand quantity calculated on the Item Movement report?

Answer: The report calculates on hand quantity using the following formula:

On hand quantity = Last physical inventory + Purchases from last inventory till date on the report - Sales from last inventory till date on the report - Spoilages

This data is also available on the Itemized Inventory by Tags report located under Reports > Store.
