Question: How to block a user from being able to delete lottery games from the count sheet?

Answer:

1. From the C-Store Office home page click on the user's name in the upper right-hand corner.
2. In the menu that opens click Roles.
3. Click on the role which is being modified and click Edit.
4. Search for Lottery in the search box and click Enter.
5. Lock the permission Allow users to delete lottery games by clicking on the locked padlock on the right-hand side.
6. At the bottom of the page click Save.
