Answer:

1. Create a new document in Excel.
2. Select A1 cell.
3. From the toolbar select Data tab > from Text/CSV file > open CSO file.
4. Set file origin to 1252 Western European (Windows) > set Delimiters to Comma > click Next.
5. Select the first column and set Data format to Text.
6. Click Finish.
