Question: How to set up a buydown?
Answer:
- From the CStoreOffice® home page, go to Price Book > Promotions.
- Create a new promotion.
- Under What is included? select Promo Groups Included and select a promo group by clicking on it and then clicking Add.
- Scroll down to the How Much? section.
- Set Promotion type to Price reduction.
- Enter the buydown in the Price reduction field.
- Check the Reimburse checkbox and fill in the buydown amount per unit quantity.
- Check the Purchased checkbox.
- Select a vendor from the drop-down list and click the enter button in the table.
- In the Timeframe section check the Indefinite checkbox.
- In the list of stations to the right select the stations for which this buydown should be active.
- Scroll up to the top of the page and click Save.
