Question: How to set up a buydown?
Answer:
  1. From the CStoreOffice® home page, go to Price Book > Promotions.
  2. Create a new promotion.
  3. Under What is included? select Promo Groups Included and select a promo group by clicking on it and then clicking Add.
  4. Scroll down to the How Much? section.
  5. Set Promotion type to Price reduction.
  6. Enter the buydown in the Price reduction field.
  7. Check the Reimburse checkbox and fill in the buydown amount per unit quantity.
  8. Check the Purchased checkbox.
  9. Select a vendor from the drop-down list and click the enter button in the table.
  10. In the Timeframe section check the Indefinite checkbox.
  11. In the list of stations to the right select the stations for which this buydown should be active.
  12. Scroll up to the top of the page and click Save.
