How Can You Get Started?
1. Contact Altria Representative

For Petrosoft to begin sending your tobacco sales to Altria, Petrosoft needs

  • - Your management account number and scan data SFTP credentials

After contacting Altria, you will receive your credentials and account number via email or phone call after 2-3 business days.

Keep in mind, this is not the credentials you use to log into the Altria portal.

2. Sign AGDC API Consent Form

Contact the Altria API Center at 1-866-928-3510 (Option 4) and let them know you’d like to sign the consent form authorizing Petrosoft to access the API on your behalf.

During the call, Altria will access you to provide the following information:

  • - Retail Control Number or your chain Management Account Number
