Question: How to adjust the Commander report configuration to match C-Store Office so it pulls missing shifts?
Answer:
Often after cash register upgrades for Verifone Commander/Ruby Cl, the report period names change. Once these report period names change, C-Store Office and the DC Box will still be attempting to pull data from the system using the old information. Upgrading the cash register to newer software versions for certain brands of fuel (BP, Exxon, etc.) can be the cause. Follow the steps below to log in to the Commander using the Petroleum C-Store Office Client and review the new report period's name. Adjust the information in C-Store Office and re-program the DC Box to use that information.
