Problem: The Loyalty Unavailable message is displayed after the Scan Data or Go Loyalty promotion setup.
Solution: If you use the Verfione cash register, make sure your CR has the Commander Software Base 49 version or higher.
If your software version is older, please contact Verifone to upgrade your software.
