Question: Why are Tobacco and Cigarette sales missing in the Cash Register Journal report?
Answer: Make sure the Manufacturer coupon option is not selected for the Tobacco and Cigarette CR deaprtments in CStoreOffice®.
- From the CStoreOffice® home page go to Price Book > CR Departments.
- Select the Tobacco or Cigarette CR department and click Edit.
- In the CR Department edit form, check the Manufacturer coupon option. If it is selected, unselect it and click Save.
