CStoreOffice® Configuration Issue
Our information states that this site has already had level 1 troubleshooting completed on all network cabling, and that the primary retail network is operational.

A Petrosoft support analyst has reviewed the setup of the DC401 as defined in our software. The analyst has detected a configuration error on the DC401 that is confirmed to be the cause or is highly likely to be the cause of the disconnect.

The Petrosoft analyst has made all necessary changes in the cloud to correct this but will need further assistance in applying these changes to the DC401 device to restore the connection. The analyst will be contacting you and your support team very shortly about the next steps needed to resolve this issue.
