Problem:
Sometimes I get items stuck in CR Pending, with some or more of the items in red. The item updates are not going through. Is there anything in the price book that could cause this?

Solution:

  • Make sure there are no special characters in the item description.
        There are several character descriptions that could cause item updates to not go through to the register, and to remain in CR pending.
       
  • Make sure the PLU length does not exceed 5 digits.
        Updates for the items with PLUs that exceed 5 digits cannot be sent to the cash register from CStoreOffice®.
