Question: How to find the transmission log for the Scan Data Report Supporting PMUSA?
Answer:
- Go to Reports > Accounting > select your account.
- When the report loads, scroll to the bottom of the page and select Tobacco Scan Data supporting PMUSA.
- Click the View Log blue button.
Result: This will default to the current month worth of files submitted. Note: If you are looking for an older report, please change the date range and refresh your page. - Click on a date to review the information the report's sending status, date and sender.
Note: You can copy this information to send it to IRI showing that your file was submitted. - If the file was not sent, please place a new support ticket in C-Store Office and we will make sure it gets sent asap.
