Problem: The SmartPOS light is not on on the scanner.
Solution:
If the light isn't on, it means the scanner is not connected to the SmartPOS.
If the light isn't on, it means the scanner is not connected to the SmartPOS.
- Check that the scanner is plugged in correctly on both ends.
- Try a different USB port.
- If there are two registers, try using a cord from the other register.
- Try shaking the cord and see if the light goes on (the cord could be bad).
