Question: How to find a specific department SmartPOS?

Answer:
All store items are listed in a department, but depending on how the manager or owner set these departments in SmartPOS, it may not always be easy for the user to find specific departments and items.

1. Click the magnifying glass in the upper right-hand corner below the question mark.
2. Enter the desired department name.
   Note: As the name of the department is being typed in, the items associated with the possible departments start appearing in the list (rather than the actual department name). Be aware that this may yield widely varying results. For example, searching for "Hot" may show results for various hot foods, hot drinks, red hot candies, etc.
3. If the list of departments in the window carries down, click the scroll bar to the right of the list of departments and swipe down to show more departments in the list.
4. When the desired department has been located, remove your finger from the scroll bar on the screen and select the desired department.
