Problem: Items appear twice in the item list on the SmartPOS

Solution:
This occurs when an item is set up with a PLU. C-Store Office automatically generates a fake UPC with every PLU item so a barcode is available for every item in the Price Book. This actually happens on all registers, not just SmartPOS.
