Problem: One or more items at a location need to bechanged, but the prices will not update.
Solution:
This occurs because the Fixed Price option is marked.


For items in price groups

  1. Go to Price Book > Price Groups.
  2. Select the price group and click Edit.
  3. Check the Ignore fixed retails checkbox and do the price change.

For individual items

  1. Price Book > Items.
  2. Find the item you need and click Edit.
  3. Click Edit and check the Ignore fixed retails checkbox.
